How to work with Perfect Color:

1. Be sure to apply Rubber Base LUNAmoon — it is the right base for perfect color work. Do not remove the sticky layer.
2. If desired, apply a milky or white base (base or gel).
3. Apply the first thin layer of Perfect Color.
4. Dry for 90 seconds.
5. Apply a second thin layer - this is how the color is revealed perfectly.
6. Dry for 90 seconds.
7. Cover with top coat for maximum gloss
